Why did you started with bodybuilding ?
The best way for me to learn I'd by doing,
wanted to pass on skills and knowledge to my clients,
plus i always was quite a muscely girl

Please describe a typical day in your life?
Usually out of bed 5am, early morning clients start at 5.30am
(im a personal trainer) cardio around 9am,
breakfast, into the city where i part time waitress, train around 3pm,
evening clients till 7.30pm, home, meal prep, sleep, repeat!
Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
I love my training time, its my time, headphones on, zone out.
Its therapeutic and i get grumpy if i dont do some form of exercise every day.
How often do you train in a week ?
Everyday, usually twice a day prepping.
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
Less weight training off season infact nearly none.
What are your future plans for 2013/2014?
Spain 2014 and keep growing my business,
eventually have my own studio by the beach.
