LAWYER and personal trainer(you must believe it!!)
Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding/figure and how did you get started with weight training?
My first sport was bodybuilding. I started when i was 16 and never gived up until now. I loved the Madonna's body
Was it a goal for you to compete in figure competitions right from the beginning
or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
I would compete in "something", and the progress in my body appeared very fast with weight trainning.
So my instructor told me about the FITNESS competitions, but I hate the coreography....
So, Nabba comes in Brazil ( in 2002) with the figure class and I thinked: "That's it!!!"

2002 São Paulo NOVOS (news) - 1st place
2002 World Selective to Greece - 3rd place
2002 São Paulo State Championship- 1st place and overall winner
2002 International São Paulo City Championship - 1st place and overall
2003 World Selective to Scotland - 4th place
2005 Nabba Worlds - 1st place and overall winner
2005 Nabba Universe- 1st place and overall winner
2006 Nabba Universe - 2nd place
2007 Nabba Universe - 1st place and overall winner
Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you?
This last show…the nabba universe 2007 as this is my greatest achievement
Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)
Off season - 4 days on / 1 day off: 1st day : Back and Hamstrings
2nd day: Shoulders/ triceps/ calves
3rd day: Legs (complete!!) and cardio
4th day: Chest and bíceps
5th day : Rest
Pre contest - 3 days on/ 1 day off: 1st day: Chest/ back and calves + cardio
2nd day: Legs and Abs+ cardio
3rd day : Shoulders and arms+cardio
4th day : Rest

What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much?
I like the lateral raises , all the leg exercises (specially Leg press and Sissy squats) and I hate the calves workout.
Which body part is your best in your opinion?
What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?
I like the off season because i like to eat...Not junk food , but eat well. Nobody likes to stay hungry.
and I like the pre contest because everybody can see my hard work in stage, and the sensations of all your muscles is very good!!!
Please describe a typical day in your life.
I wake up at 7:00, and start my first class at 8:00.
I stop the work at 21:00, always eating every three hours and training one hour a day, after lunch..Normally I sleep at 23:00.
Please tell me about what you do when you don't work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.)
I like to read ( "The Secret" was very good to me and all Napoleon Hill books). I like video games too.
What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?
Being well, not only the body, but mind too. Discipline is everything in life!
Tell me something interesting about yourself, something people may be surprised to hear.
I was very ugly as a child... Everybody hurted me and laughed to me...
I have a twin sister with the same problem, but bodybuilding helped me to be a stronger person INSIDE...
What are your competition goals or personal future goals?
We (my husband and I) are working for a PRO CARD, to IFBB shows.
I would like to compete until 38 years old, and after this I want to be a real mother, with two or three kids!!!
