Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
Since I have Désirée as a coach a cycle more with my exercises in reps,switching exercises to make more progress as before.

How often do you train in a week ?
5 times

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
Competietion It depends on my shape if we are going to cardio and supersets.
Off season swithing between strength and mass training routines.

What are your future plans for 2010/2011?
To score so high if possible at the world championships 2010 in Mexico.
To compete at the the dutch amateur grand prix the Juliette Classic.
To prepare for the amateur arnold classic 2011.
