Why did you started with bodybuilding ? I first entered a gym when I was 19 years old just because I wanted to stay fit and loose some extra weight. I realized I loved working out and the way I can shape my body and most of all I loved muscles.

Favorite food for weight reduction: My own diet cake with eggwhites and protein powder

Favorite food after competition: Bread, cheese, pasta and many many sweets

Favorite aerobic activity: Elliptical machine

Favorite nutrition supplements: Whey protein powder and Low Carbs bars

If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose? Military presses with dumbells

How many calories do you take daily? Around 2000-2500 cal in offseason, decreasing till 1500 in contest prep

If you won 1 million $$$, what would you buy? A big house on the beach

What would you change in sport if you could?  The roids abuse
Please describe a typical day in your life ? In the morning I do some cardio followed by a nice breakfast and coffee. In the days I do not have to do cardio I skip directly to breakfast. I do my internet work, answering emails and planning my tours and business. I go to the gym where I have some clients to train. After i train myself.  Then I make the groceries, go back home, cook, have dinner, answer a bit more emails and relax (read a book/take a nice long bubblebath/surf the net/ face mask/ cosmetic care...etc)

Please tell me something about your daily training routine ? I always change the exercises I perform from one week to the other, or I change the order I do them; I cannot stand socializing in the gym, I am there to work not to talk and that is why sometimes some people can really bother me. I train with my husband, except for the contest phase when I cannot stand anyone around coz they break my focus.
How often do you train in a week and how long is a workout ? 4-5 times a week and around 1 hour and a half every workout session. Contest prep goes to 6/week

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season ? Offseason I hit for low reps and high weight, when dieting I increase the volume and decrease the weights. I do more cardio in contest prep and usually I am more consequent with training.

What do you like doing in your spare time? Reading fiction, watching good movies, playing with my cats, shopping, hiking on the beautiful Swiss mountains, hanging out with friends, cooking, baking, taking long walks in town.

Who is your favorite woman bodybuilder?I like Lenda Murray and Andrulla Blanchette

What are your future plans for 2009/2010? Since I have won my pro card with my recent overall victory at the World Championships, I decided to take a competitional break in 2009 trying to add a bit quality and just a tiny lil more mass. I also intend to have a nice relaxing year and spend a nice summer with vacations and so on, something that I really miss because usually my competitional season is in autumn, meaning in summer- when is the best time for mountains hiking- i am always on a diet. I will mak emy pro debut in 2010 in USA, maybe in a contest in the first half of the year.

What is your sport goal? I hope to have the honor and opportunity to take part one day in Miss Olympia.
