Why did you started with bodybuilding ?
It all began as a start-up to point on April 5, 2012, since I was a plump girl.
Diet, weight loss training... until in August of that same year I decided that I wanted to try in this world.
Initially Antonio, my coach and my husband was not very convinced,
despite him having also been bodybuilder and competitor.
When he was convinced it was when I started my preparation to compete in Fitness
Other sports before bodybuilding?
Prior to the preparation of competition the only sport that was was spinning
that eventually allowed me to get me the title of as a Spinning instructor.
Favorite food for weight reduction:
Jijijiji... difficult... when we are defining the food is pure routine.
But if I had to stay with one... I would with the cooked chicken.
Favorite food after competition:
This is easier, especially if you like to eat like me.
Mediterranean food is varied, but everything,
I stay with a good Sirloin steak and as ration a huge baked potato.
And of course, as good golosa that soy, a chocolate brownie with vanilla ice cream... mmmm

Elliptical and tape on slope

If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose?
Power series of shallow squats for quadriceps extensions

If you won 1 million $$$, what would you buy?
Good question... first thing do not buy,
but that he would pay the huge mortgage on this business as it is the gym.
To always buy there is time, although some other caprichito for Antonio and me safe that we gave.
We really like traveling, so, aprovecharíamos to go to Aspen to ski.
What would you change in sport if you could?
It would change many things, but above all the qualifying criteria.
I think still is not very clear that it is what you need to score at a Fitness:
muscular work, definition, or what.
It is a bit unfortunate to not knowing how to locate oneself in a particular category.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
I have several hobbies... but between share with my husband all my hobbies,
which Luckily, we mutually share as we go to the movies,
skiing, travelling, an afternoon of popcorn and movie at home, or even a walk around the city
Who is your favorite woman bodybuilder?
What is your sport goal?
I would like to make progress at the physical level, further enhance the musculature,
enjoy every workout I do and above all sharing it with those who love me and support, such as friends and family.
Please describe a typical day in your life?
I like to get up early and take advantage of the day.
Depending on whether is daily or weekend, I do one thing or another.
Monday through Friday I like lift me soon, prepare me a good breakfast,
do my chores at home and 14 in the afternoon I'm going to the gym,
train and once finished my anaerobic and aerobic exercise,
I dedicate myself fully to the business. And on weekends, I like to rest both mentally and physically.
Dedicate it to my husband to 100%, despite working together 24 hours a day 365 days a year.
I feel adoration for him, and all this I owe to him
Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
The first thing spend you 15 minutes of warming doing cardio.
After that time, below the muscle group you are going to work on that day.
Once that muscle training, dedicate 20 minutes minimum on alternate days to the abdominals,
and finally, I do one hour of cardiovascular in elliptical.
How often do you train in a week ?
I usually train Monday to Friday, 2 hours daily.
In competition dedicate you more time, independently of cardio hacer in fasting for 45 minutes.
The weeks that I am more tired, I try to rest between, Wednesday.
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
Out of competition, during the volume work a daily muscle group in hypertrophy.
Never without abandoning the cardio.
And during the definition I do circuits where I work all muscle groups to large repetitions,
combined with the cardio in fasting and back to the anaerobic.
What are your future plans for 2012/2013?
2013 Will be a year of rest at the level of competition but of hard work in the face of the 2014.
I want to upload category, overcoming myself and prove
that I am not only satisfied with reach will be as you see me.
I want to be even better. I am very demanding with myself and I know I can do it, so, for it.
