Why did you started with bodybuilding ?
too lose fat and weight , I was 18 .

Other sports before bodybuilding?
jazz-dance , windsurfing, cycling ,horse-riding, jet-skiing, alpine-skiing

chicken , fish, tuna

Favorite food after competition:
steak and French fries , and a good wine .

zumba , spinning

Walking with my dog , working in my garden

Too achieve the best in me.

Please describe a typical day in your life?
I work as a security officer in the station in Brussels
, after work I thake my supplements and than go training for aprox.
1 h ½ , after training I prepare the food for the evening
and for next day too take to work ,
finaly relax behind the television , at 22h00 I m sleeping

Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
Before competition I train 1 muscle group a day , 6 to 7 excercises
and a lot off reps and repetitions , every day abdominals
and at least 45min cardio
, on a low tense , too not burn muscles.

How often do you train in a week ?
I train at least 5 day’s a week

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
Off season I train to maintain my muscles , then I do 2 muscle groups a day ,
4 excersises and 12 to 15 reps. Cardio I do 30 to 40 min.
And I do also some cycling , running , and dance salsa to have some fun.

What are your future plans for 2013/2014?
The World Championship in Hungary in November 2013
