Why did you started with bodybuilding ?
I always was involved in sport mainly athletics
and team sports but got the bite for it after university plus
it was initially for stress relief as i worked in the newspaper business,
and it just continued to progress I just lifted heavier and got more into it

Athletics hockey netball badminton swimming

sweet potatoes turkey and plain popcorn for cheating!

To keep bettering myself every time I compete and place higher:)

Please describe a typical day in your life?
Oh jings work and more work!!

Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
Morning cardio 30-40 mins 3x week one weights session at night which is two body parts 5sets each exercise 5-6 reps

How often do you train in a week ?
4x offseason 6-7x near shows not counting cardio

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
Offseason I train heavy near competition I train lighter and faster more intensity

What are your future plans for 2014/ 2015?
Hopefully all going well moneywise NAC british then universe or worlds in figure class not physique
