- my own gym
What would you change in sport if you could?
- I would introduce live scoring at fitness and bodybuilding contests,
so real-time scores would be displayed visible for everyone
- it would make contests more exciting
and it would ensure fair scoring by the judges.
What do you like doing in your spare time?
- I love relaxing, staying home and watching TV, have a delicious dinner and a nice glass of red wine with my fiancée

What is your sport goal?
- to win as many contests and world champion titles as I can
Please describe a typical day in your life?
- I wake up in the morning have breakfast then go to the gym.
First, I workout, then probably have lunch.
After lunch I go to work in the gym as a personal Trainer.
After I finished I go home and relax. That simple.
Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
- I workout 1 hour/day and 6 days a week.
I only do weight training, and very occasionally some aerobic exercise.
I train by Dorian Yates' H.I.T. as a training principle.
How often do you train in a week ?
- 6 days
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
- Nothing really.
I continue the same training as close to the contest as I can.
I only reduce the used weights few days prior to contest
when my strength level decreases as the result of carb depletion.
What are your future plans for 2014/2015?
- to defend my world champion title at NAC
and perhaps win some more titles at other federations.
Also, to enter and win money-prize contests.
