This year will be my first competition (5th-6th of september) .
So my competition weight will be a guess,
but I think my weight will be around 62-64kg.

Why did you started with bodybuilding ?

I wasn´t satisfied with my body and I wanted to improve my look.
And after a litlle while when I could see the results of my hard work
I got hooked with this type of lifestyle.

Other sports before bodybuilding?

Soccer, Basketball.

Favorite food for weight reduction:

Turkey breast or chicken breast.

Favorite food after competition:

Icecream with fruits.

Favorite aerobic activity:

Sex. Hot sex with my fiance

Favorite nutrition supplements:

Hemo rage black (pre-workout), Proteinshake+weight gainer, GABA.

If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose?

Deadlift.

Strongest muscles:

Legs for sure :-)

Muscles that you like exercising:

Legs, back, triceps, delts.

How many calories do you take daily?

Around 3000 Kcal.

Favorite celebrity?

Arnold Schwarzenegger.



If you won 1 million $$$, what would you buy?

A house and make the basement to dungeon for hot sex with my fiance.
If any money were left after those things,
then I would by some GYM80 equipment from the special 4E series.



What would you change in sport if you could?

Set higher standards for Bikini fitness if they still want to be in a bodybuilding/fitness contest and not in a beauty pageant



What do you like doing in your spare time?

Spending time with my fiance, going to concerts, art, travel, being with family or friends.

Who is your favorite woman bodybuilder?

Dana Linn Bailey, Cindy Landolt.

What is your sport goal?

Would love to compete in Women´s Physique at the Olympia.

Please describe a typical day in your life?

I get up and drink the protein shake and coffee
that my fiance makes me every morning.
Then i start working on the competition bikinis that I custom make.
Every 2nd-3rd hour I have a meal/shake.
Later me and my fiance (who is also my coach) go to the gym
and workout together
and when we get home we make dinner together.
Watch some tv or a movie in our home theater. have some bed-cardio :-)

Please tell me something about your daily training routine?

We do a 3 split program (Legs+abs/chest+back/arms+delts).
So it will be different every time.
How often do you train in a week ? 5 Times.

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?

More cardio.

What are your future plans for 2014/2015?

Marry my fiance, win the Danish championship
and Scandinavian championship and who knows maybe get to Arnold classic.
