Why did you started with bodyfitness ?
I wanted to have an athletic body and climb onto the stage as a reward for my work

If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose?
Squat no doubt, it´s the perfect exercise to work legs and glutes, very important in a woman.

Please describe a typical day in your life?
I own a gym with my husband in valladolid (spain). We work so hard everyday with our customers.
How often do you train in a week ?
6 days per week
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
ThtThe cardiovascular exercise time, I usually do between 30min-1h sessions and competitions I work two sessions of 1 hour each
What are your future plans for 2010/2011?
Booking a place to improve my 6th place in the 2008 world championship and reach my dream of competing at the Arnold Classic Amateur
