How and when did you get involved into lifting weights?
I found my husband’s dumbbells before ten years
Was it a goal for you to compete in bodybuilding competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
My dream was to be strong and put on the weight
Which competition has been your first one and how did you place?
My the first competition was Slovak Cup Diana 2000 and I was second
And which contest has been the biggest success for you yet?
The second place at the IFBB World Championship in 2003

My typical day is following:
6,00 protein drink
7,00 400 g of yogurt with oat flakes
11,00 meat, rice and vegetable
13,00 meat, rice, vegetable and egg white
16,00 meat, rice, vegetable and egg white
18,00 meat, rice, vegetable and egg white
21,30 meat, rice, vegetable and egg white
24,00 protein drink

I train always with heavy weights
How often do you train in a week?
Usually four times a week but twice in day
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off-season?
My training is the same but I change only nutrition routine

Height: 178 cm
Off-season weight: 172 lbs.
Competition weight: 154 lbs. or more
Chest: 48 in
Quadriceps: 26 in
Calves: 16 in
Arms: 16 in
Squat: 260 lb (I train this exercise like the last one in my quadriceps training)
Bench: 240 lb
Dead lift: 330 lb
Which body part is your best in your opinion?
What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don’t like so much (if there is any)?
My favorite exercise is bench press and I do not like exercises for arms
Judging in Women’s Bodybuilding has always been criticised in one or the other way. But please tell me your honest thoughts about today’s judging in Women’s Bodybuilding.
I would prefer women without visible signs of taking drugs

My hobby are my two cats
