Why did you started with bodybuilding ?

I have always admired musculed people, I remember,
when I was a child I have always wanted to be strong.

Other sports before bodybuilding?

Swimming, horse riding.

Favorite food for weight reduction:

Fish, spinatch and cucumber.

Favorite food after competition:

My mothers apple pie, and a big rare steak with vegetables
and some steak potatoes.

Favorite nutrition supplements:

Pro Nutrition: wpy,bcaa,glutamine and daily health megavit,

If you could only do one exercise, which on would you choose?

Back exercise: "to row"

A big house and a trip to Brazilia.

What do you like doing in your spare time?

Training, listening oldscool hip-hop music, spending time with friends

What is your sport goal?

1st place in a world competition.

Please describe a typical day in your life?

I wake up at 7 in the morning, and then I go to work. I am working in a high scools' kitchen,
till 4 or 5 o'clock and after the work I usually go to the gym for training,
and after that I am going home.

Please tell me something about your daily training routine?

I always training separated - I mean one muscle in a day.

How often do you train in a week ?

Five times in a week.

What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?

When I am preparing myself for a competition
I usually go to the gym twice a day.
Early in the morning I am training in the cardio,
before I am going to work.
After work I am "pumping the iron" :)
My training is more intensive during the competition season,
I usually using sets with a lot of repeatings.

What are your future plans for 2013/2014?

To build more muscles into my shoulders and back, and I would like to be more defined all around my body.
