I WAS BORN IN THESSALONIKI-GREECE AT 25 NOVEMBER 1981.
What is your profession?
I AM PERSONAL TRAINER.ALSO I OWNED A STORE WITH NUTRITION SUPPLEMENTS IN ATHENS
Were you involved in sports or fitness prior to bodybuilding/figure and how did you get started with weight training?
I DO SPORTS FROM THE AGE OF 6.
I START WITH GYMNASTICS AND I AM CERTIFIED JAZZ DANCER.
ALSO I WAS 100m RUNNER AND FOR 2 YEARS I DID OLYMPIC WEIGHT LIFTING.
THE TRUTH IS THAT I ALWAYS LIKED THIS KIND OF TRAINING(WITH WEIGHTS) AND ALSO THE LEAN MUSCULAR BODY SO ONE DAY I JUST STARTED.
Was it a goal for you to compete in figure competitions right from the beginning or was it something that grew in your mind as time went on and you saw the progress in your body?
GOOD QUESTION…..WELL TO COMPETE IN COMPETITIONS WAS MY FIRST GOAL, BUT THE TRUTH IS THAT I WASN’T CARE IF I AM GOING TO WIN OR NOT.
WHEN I DO SOMETHING FIRST OF ALL I DO IT FOR ME, AND NOT FOR A METAL…………IF I WIN A METAL IS OK IF NOT I DON’T REALLY CARE. THE REASON THAT I ALWAYS WANT TO COMPETE IN THAT I WANT TO BE BETTER AND BETTER. THE REAL OPPONENT IS MY SELF, I AM TRYING TO WIN ME AND BE BETTER EVERY YEAR!

Which contest has been your biggest success; which has had the most meaning to you?
ALL CONTESTS HAVE A SPECIAL MEANING TO ME. EVERY CONTEST IS AN EXPERIENCE. ANY WAY IF I HAVE TO CHOOSE ONE I WILL SAY THE FIRST ONE, BECAUSE IT WAS MY FIRST TIME AND MY FEELINGS WERE VERY CONFUSED(what I am doing here???Etc).I THINK THAT WHATEVER YOU DO FOR FIRST TIME IS SOMETHING THAT YOU ALWAYS REMEMBER.
BIGGEST SUCCESS????? I THINK IN THE GREEK CHAMPIONSHIPS 2004(even I don’t won the first place…)
Please tell me something about your training routine (ie: how many days per week / training split /cardio, etc.)
DIFFICULT QUESTION, EVERYTHING DEPENDED ON HOW MANY HOURS OF PERSONAL TRAINING I HAVE. I AM TRYING TO DO TRAINING 5-6 DAYS EVERY WEEK BUT THERE ARE WEEKS THAT I DO ONLY 3. I DO 30-60min WEIGHT TRAINING AND 30-45min CARDIO.
What is your favorite exercise in the gym and which one you don't like so much?
MY FAVOURITE EXERCISE IS SQUAT AND PULL UPS.
I HATE ALL EXERCISE FOR BICEPS
Which body part is your best in your opinion?
I THINK MY LEGS OR MAYBE MY BACK
What do you enjoy about training for competition....what do you enjoy about the 'off season'?
THE ONLY THINK THAT I ENJOY ABOUT TRAINING BEFORE COMPETITION IS THE CHANGES IN MY BODY, I DON’T THINK THAT THERE IS ANYONE THAT ENJOY THE DIET AND THE DOUBLE CARDIO.
ABOUT THE OFF SEASON; I ENJOY EVERYTHING.
Please describe a typical day in your life.
TYPICAL DAYS HAVE ONLY THE PEOPLE THAT WORK FOR THE STATE!!!!
EVERY DAY IS A DIFFERENT DAY, THE ONLY THING THAT I DO EVERY DAY IS THAT I WOKE-UP AT 7:30(not on Sundays).
Please tell me about what you do when you don't work out (hobbies, what do you do to relax?, etc.)
WHEN I DON’T WORK I LIKE TO READ BOOKS, GO OUT WITH FRIENDS BUT MOST OF ALL I LOVE TO INVITE FRIENDS AND COOK FOR THEM!!!!
IF I WANT TO RELAX I ALWAYS PUT A LOT OF CANDLES IN MY ROOM AND I LISTEN MUSIC WITH SOUNDS OF EARTH
What do you enjoy most about the bodybuilding/fitness lifestyle?
THE FACT THAT WE ARE DIFFERENT!

AS YOU CAN UNDERSTAND I STOP GOING TO COMPETITIONS 3 YEARS NOW.
SO, MY GOAL IS TO COMPETE AGAIN.
