Please describe a typical day in your life?
wake up at 5u30 leaving for work at 6u30 working from 7 until 18u From 18u30 until 20u in the Gym Training and socialising.
20u30 Back at home Kooking and prepaering the foot for the next day. 22u going to sleep.
Please tell me something about your daily training routine?
I keep it short and heavy max 1 hour, in preperations 2 times 30 min cardio.
How often do you train in a week ? 4 / 5 times
What are the main differences when you train for a competition and in off season?
the energy, in preparation for a contest I feel weaker becouse of the diet
What are your future plans for 2009/2010?
Nothing special, training traying to keep lean. I see what's cuming Up.
